Please note there is not one size fits all as each price varies due to the severity of the clean and the frequency of the clean.
Residential
AJ Cleaning and Property Services does not have a one size fits all for clients. Predominately speaking, we perform a deep clean service of the house to set the cleaning standard pristine followed by a week by week regular cleaning service that neatly monitors and maintains this standard.
Commercial/Strata Cleaning
Pricing depends on the size of the office/shop/building, what you require, and how frequent the service will be on the property. When you fill out our quotation form, we’ll get a feel for what you need and then call you to clarify your requirements and a price.

All outdoor maintenance including services such as lawn mowing service start at a minimum of
